How lymphatic drainage works
Lymphatic drainage vacuum therapy uses gentle suction through specialized cups, moved in the direction your lymph naturally flows. The aim is to help your body move excess fluid along, which many people notice as less puffiness and bloating and a lighter feeling afterwards.
It also increases circulation in the skin. Clients book it on its own, between body contouring sessions, or as a regular reset. If you're recovering from surgery, ask your surgeon first and bring their guidance with you.
What it feels like: Gentle suction and long, rhythmic strokes. Most people find it relaxing.

Lymphatic drainage price and what's included
$75 per session, 30 min. If you book a series, your provider tells you how many sessions they suggest before you commit.

- You may need the bathroom more often afterwards; that's normal.
Limits and safety
