How your first visit works

Every treatment can be booked directly, with its price and length shown up front. Unsure which one fits? Book a free consultation first.
Fill in a short health questionnaire
It covers medications, implants, pregnancy and recent treatments: the things that decide whether a treatment is safe for you.
Talk it through
Your provider explains what will happen, what it feels like and what's realistic, and answers your questions before anything starts.
Leave with a plan
Aftercare, whether a series makes sense, and what it would cost in total. No pressure to book more.

Before you arrive
- Arrive a few minutes early so you're not rushed.
- Bring a list of any medications and tell us about implants, pregnancy or recent procedures.
- Wear comfortable clothing that's easy to adjust.
- Drink water and avoid a heavy meal right before a body treatment.
- Each treatment page has its own preparation notes; check yours before you come.
Deposits, cancellations and changes
If a treatment needs a deposit to hold the time, it is shown before you book and comes off your total on the day.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged up to the full price of the booked service.
