Cancellation Policy

I acknowledge and accept the Cancellation Policy: 24 hours advance notice is required, and a 100% cancellation fee may apply.

Deposits are collected through Stripe Checkout when required by selected services. Confirmed appointments may be marked cancelled, no-show, refunded, or completed based on the appointment outcome and payment history.
