What happens if you need to change, cancel or miss an appointment.

Notice
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged up to the full price of the booked service.
To cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you can. The sooner we know, the sooner someone else can have the time.
Deposits
If a treatment needs a deposit to hold the time, it is shown before you book and comes off your total on the day.
If a treatment needs a deposit, the amount is shown before you book.
