How red light laser lipo works

Red light laser lipo uses flexible pads that wrap around the area being treated and deliver red and near-infrared light into the skin and the fat layer beneath it. The light is meant to encourage fat cells to release some of their stored contents, which your body then processes naturally.

It's one of the most relaxing treatments on the menu: there's little to no sensation and no downtime. Clients often use it to work on the waist, thighs or arms, and some book it alongside cavitation or EMS.

What it feels like: Little to nothing. You lie back while the pads do the work.

We go over your health and the area you want to focus on.
Light pads
The pads are wrapped around the area and you lie back for 45 minutes. Most people feel little to nothing.

We go over aftercare and whether a series makes sense for you.

$89 per session, 45 min. If you book a series, your provider tells you how many sessions they suggest before you commit.

Drink plenty of water before your session.
Wear comfortable clothing that's easy to adjust.

After

Keep drinking water through the day.
Light movement such as a walk is encouraged.
